Weights for weight loss
The more muscle your body has, the more calories you burn...even when you're sleeping! So doing weights is an excellent way for women to increase their metabolism to help keep weight off for the long term
I enjoy cooking and creating healthier meals for my family. This blog is intended for those who are interested in healthier alternatives for meals we already make. These recipes may have been altered to accommodate our family's needs; which include lower carbohydrates and tasty diabetic friendly meal options.
