2 scoops protein powder- the brand I use is 2 scoops for 8 oz.
2 large strawberries rinsed and stems removed
1/3 cup frozen blueberries
1/2 banana
1/2 tbs Natural Peanut Butter
1 cup fresh spinach, washed
6-8 ice cubes
A little water or low fat milk- whatever you prefer.
Blend until smooth or consistency in which you like.
