chicken salad

1 can chicken drained and rinsed. You can use grilled chicken chunks if you prefer.

1/4 cup Craisins

1 small apple cut up into chunks

1 large celery diced

1/4 cup almonds chopped

3/4 cup non fat plain yogurt

splash of lemon juice

salt and pepper to taste.

combine all ingredients together and enjoy!
